Returns
If you are not completely happy with any items from your order you may return them to us within 7 days from delivery (subject to the conditions below) for a refund or store credit. For any refund or returns request, please email us a cocojuniorkidswear@gmail.com prior to shipping any items to us. Please note your returns must be delivered to us within this 7 day timeframe also. Returns received beyond these periods will not be accepted.
Items are checked thoroughly prior to delivery or shipping. We do not accept refunds and returns for custom products such as bomboniere.
Conditions for Returns
All return items must be in brand new condition and with all original packaging. Original boxes and other containers that products are sold in are considered part of the product and must also be returned in undamaged and unused condition. Items returned without their branded packaging will not be accepted.
We do not accept returns for custom or special orders which includes our bomboniere range.

International Shipping and Delivery Charges
We try our best for the estimated courier fees to be close to the fees charged at the checkout, however additional delivery charges may apply once you have placed your order. If additional charges apply, you agree to pay any associated additional shipping charges. We will provide you with the invoice of charges paid for courier services by Coco Junior for your reference. We try to minimise these charges as much as possible and ensure that we obtain competitive shipping/courier quotes at all times.
Coco Junior is not liable for any custom or duty charges that may apply to products purchased.
